Since our launch in fall 2023, Jägersrohälsan has grown rapidly and established itself as one of Malmö's highest-ranked primary care centers in the National Patient Survey. About the Position
As a nurse with us, you work in a varied role with both telephone consultations and clinic work. You have great autonomy to independently make decisions and assessments in patient contact, supported by your competence and experience.
You will meet patients of all ages and life situations, where you provide consultations, medical assessments, and nursing care of high quality. We are looking for someone with strong empathetic ability, who inspires confidence and communicates clearly and reassuringly.

Your Competencies:
For us, it is self-evident that we help each other with our common goal, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, flexible, responsible, unpretentious, and has excellent teamwork skills, while also putting your patients first. You need to be confident in your role and see the importance of a professional team that complements each other toward a common goal.
We would like to see that you have further education in diabetes, asthma/COPD, or smoking cessation, but most important is your clinical confidence, your engagement, and your willingness to contribute to the whole.
You must share our values regarding patient safety, accessibility, integrity, infection control, and emergency preparedness.
Requirements:
Swedish license as a nurse
Documented experience in primary care
Meriting:
Further education in diabetes, asthma/COPD, or smoking cessation
Documented experience with the PMO medical record system

The position is full-time with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.
