About Humana LSS Gävle and Humana HVB Älvkarleby Humana operates two LSS group homes in Gävle and two HVB facilities in Älvkarleby. As a registered nurse at our units, you are an important part of creating conditions for quality care and support together with other staff members. Job Description As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for nursing care for those living at our units and, among other things, be responsible for ensuring that nursing interventions are planned, implemented, followed up, and evaluated. You are also an important part of the facility's and your colleagues' professional development, as you will also educate and guide nursing staff when needed. Examples of work tasks: Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions. Manage and follow up on documentation and incidents. Participate in the admission of new clients and be responsible for delegating healthcare tasks. About the Position Working hours and degree of employment: We offer a permanent employment at 100%. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, Monday-Friday. Salary: Salary is determined by agreement and other compensation is according to the collective agreement. For this position, you must be a licensed registered nurse, preferably with experience from municipal-level healthcare and the LSS target group and experience in psychiatry and substance abuse care.
