Are you a nurse seeking secure employment in a stable team? Do you enjoy working nights? We are now looking for a nurse to join our popular night team in home care services. Our home care services night team is based in Hudiksvall. We serve enrolled patients throughout the municipality and provide active service throughout the night. We have at least 2 nurses on duty every night. During the nights, home care services is also responsible for all other elderly care and care for people with disabilities. As a new employee, you will be offered an individually designed orientation and a mentor. During daytime, our team leader serves as a hub within home care services with good knowledge of our routines and workflows. Work Tasks Work within home care services is varied and free, characterized by trust and responsibility. Tasks include independently assessing, planning, executing/delegating, leading and documenting health and care interventions. The role also includes supervising, informing and training nursing staff. The weekly working hours for full-time night shifts are currently 34.20 h and we work with a fixed rotating schedule that repeats every 12 weeks. Your Profile Patients enrolled in home care services are predominantly elderly and have multiple illnesses, as well as adults requiring palliative care at home. We collaborate with both the Mobile Health Care Team and the Palliative Care Team. Knowledge and experience with the above patient groups are merits. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. You are a licensed nurse with several years of experience, or a district nurse, or hold other relevant nursing education applicable to the operation. You have a professional approach to both patients and their relatives and nursing staff, and you have the ability to understand their perspective. You value and treat your colleagues and the teams we collaborate with respectfully. You are confident in making independent decisions and prioritizations based on medical assessments and you know when you need to consult with a colleague or physician.
