We operate from an office at Första Långgatan 28 A. With us, you will experience a work climate characterized by trust and responsibility. As a licensed professional, you will play a crucial role in our transition to good and personalized care. As a nurse in home healthcare, you meet people who need your help. You work independently with assessments and plan, organize, and perform medical treatment and care interventions. You collaborate in teams both internally and externally to meet patients' care needs. The work also involves supervising, delegating, and providing support to other professionals in the team around the patient. We work with a rotating schedule, and currently we have 6 evenings per 8 weeks—four weekday evenings and two weekend evenings. We want you to have a good work environment with balance between work and leisure. A Class B driver's license is required, as we drive to our patients' homes. You are communicative and clear, and you listen easily and adapt your communication style while ensuring your messages get through properly. You have an open and positive attitude, show respect and consideration for those you meet in your professional role, and keep the patient's needs as the basis for your actions. You are good at structuring, planning, and prioritizing your work and seeing issues in a broader perspective. You take initiative and launch activities to achieve results, while maintaining good collaboration skills and relating to others in a responsive and flexible manner.
