The Hematology Clinic Coagulation in Malmö is part of the business area hematology, oncology, and radiation physics with approximately 900 employees. We are one of three centers in Sweden with responsibility for highly specialized national care and are primarily responsible for patients with inherited bleeding disorders. Our patients span all age groups and come from both the local area and other parts of the country. Our team includes nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, and medical secretaries, and we also have access to physiotherapists and social workers. The clinic encompasses several specialties and we collaborate closely with our clinical research unit. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to be part of developing our operations and contribute to the best possible care for our patients. Your responsibilities include: - Managing patients with various bleeding disorders - Telephone counseling and guidance via 1177 - Independent nurse clinic - Blood sampling and medication administration - Data entry into quality registers - Planning and follow-up of patient visits The work is independent while you work in a team with physicians, physiotherapists, and orthopedic specialists. You follow patients at the clinic from pregnancy and infancy through adulthood and retirement. This gives you the opportunity to build long-term relationships and work in a patient-centered manner based on each patient's individual needs. There is also significant research being conducted, which means you will have the opportunity to work both clinically and gradually be introduced to clinical studies and trials. QUALIFICATIONS You enjoy working in a patient-centered manner, have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and are also independent and structured in your work approach. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Regarding formal requirements, you are a licensed nurse with authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are required. We would like you to have several years of experience as a nurse.
