Are you a dedicated nurse who wants to work at Östersund municipality's largest residential facility for elderly citizens? Then we're looking for you! We are now seeking a nurse for Häradsgården in Lit, approximately 12 miles outside of Östersund. The facility has 58 places for citizens in special housing (SÄBO) as well as a short-term residence with 16 places and is located close to a health center and pharmacy. Here, nurses and dedicated care staff work together every day, which provides excellent conditions for teamwork. An occupational therapist and physiotherapist are available nearby on weekdays. There is strong cohesion, good collegial support, and a stimulating work environment! This position is a full-time temporary assignment from September 1 to December 31, with a good chance of extension within the municipality. Your New Job As a nurse with us, we offer attractive working hours where you work daytime 07:00-16:00 Monday to Friday plus every sixth weekend. Light holidays and major holidays are distributed by agreement among all nurses in the area. In your work, you will collaborate closely with your nursing colleagues and care staff, and you will also collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as nurses in the region and doctors at the health center. Your work includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating medical treatment and care interventions. Other important tasks include supervising and training care staff as well as delegating work tasks. You will document and continuously update patient records in our operating systems.
