Nurse Combination Position Region Västmanland - Fagersta Municipality
Healthcare in Fagersta is in an exciting development phase, and we are now seeking engaged and development-oriented nurses for a unique combination position. Here you will have the opportunity to work in several different workplaces and be part of the transition to more integrated, local healthcare in Västmanland.
About the Position:
You will have a unique position and unique collaboration that sets the stage for future local healthcare. You will have great opportunities to broaden your competence and develop through varied and challenging tasks.
Your work tasks will include coordinating, leading, delegating, and being responsible for healthcare services. Additionally, you will plan, implement, and evaluate care interventions. To succeed in the role and meet our patients' needs, collaboration both internally and externally is very important. As a nurse, you will also mentor, advise, and support other professionals in the team.
You will rotate between:
Fagersta Municipality's healthcare: Here you will work with patients in residential care facilities, short-term units, home healthcare, and within LSS and psychiatry.
Local Care Team Fagersta and advanced home healthcare: Here you will work with patients who are too ill for primary care but too well for hospital care, and provide individualized care in their homes.
Qualifications:
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. You need to have experience working as a nurse, preferably with experience from municipal healthcare and/or advanced home healthcare.
Our work is governed by documents that are often in Swedish, and you therefore need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. If you have experience working with the Cosmic journal system, we see that as an advantage.
We see that you are a confident, stable person with good self-awareness. You collaborate well with others as well as having a good ability to work independently.
The role of nurse requires that you can lead care staff in a motivating manner. To thrive in the role, we see that you are curious, flexible, and have a willingness to try something new and unique for Västmanland.
Employment Terms:
Permanent position, Full-time
Day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start as soon as possible or by agreement.
