At the Functional Support Team on Lindholmen, Hisingen, we are looking for you – a registered nurse – to join our dedicated and multidisciplinary team. Here you'll have the opportunity to combine your medical expertise with a person-centered approach, building long-term relationships with patients and making a real difference in their daily lives. As a nurse with us, you work with people up to 65 years old who have congenital or acquired disabilities and live in supported housing. Many of them also participate in day programs. Your work is varied, independent, and meaningful as you meet patients with different needs, from preventive care to more complex medical interventions. Here's what you'll do: Work person-centered: you become an important person in patients' daily lives and contribute to their independence and quality of life. Develop your skills: we offer ongoing training in functional support, psychiatry, and rehabilitation. Work in a multidisciplinary team: together with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and care staff, you create creative and sustainable solutions for patients. Plan your own workday: you have great freedom to organize your work, with support from colleagues when you need it. Work mainly daytime: you follow a base schedule with primarily daytime work Monday–Friday, combined with a few weekday evenings and every fourth weekend. About you We are looking for you – a registered nurse, whether experienced or newly graduated – with an interest in working with people with disabilities. A valid B-category driver's license is also required, as we work across a large geographic area. As a person, you need to be: Independent: you can make decisions within the scope of your assignment and remain calm and secure in stressful situations. Responsible: you take responsibility for your own and shared tasks with the patient's best interests in focus. Team-oriented: you enjoy working in a team and contributing to shared goals.
