Forenede Care operates a total of six home care units as well as night patrol and on-call services. Within Uppsala home nursing care, we have short decision-making paths and close leadership, which allows us to make decisions quickly and adapt to the needs of both patients and staff.
We work with person-centered care, where each care recipient is the focus. Teamwork is one of our greatest strengths and you collaborate closely with nurses, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, care assistants, unit managers, and case schedulers. Together we work to continuously develop and improve our operations.
Who are you? We are looking for a nurse/district nurse.
Experience from home care is a merit
Driver's license (Class B) is required

We are looking for a nurse on a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. The position is full-time (100%).
