JOB DUTIES We are now looking for a dedicated and confident nurse for Fleminggatans Care and Residential Facility. As a nurse with us, you have a central and important role in ensuring good, person-centered care. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. Through your expertise, you contribute to creating security for both patients and employees, while you are part of developing the operations. The position is primarily based during daytime, with some evening and weekend shifts in our consulting operations within care and residential facilities, home health care, as well as LSS and social psychiatry. Your duties include: • Perform medical assessments and make independent decisions. • Plan, implement, and follow up on care interventions. • Perform blood draws, infusions, dressing changes, and palliative care. • Collaborate with other professionals. • Supervise and delegate to care personnel. Interviews may be conducted on a rolling basis during the application period. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you—a confident and dedicated nurse with a genuine interest in working with elderly people. You take responsibility, are solution-focused, and thrive in a role where you can combine independent work with teamwork. • Licensed nurse. • At least two years of experience as a nurse. • Experience in geriatrics. • Valid driver's license (category B) and driving experience. • Strong ability to make independent medical assessments. It is meritorious to have experience with Treserva or similar systems, as well as further education in healthcare. To succeed in the role, you are: • Collaborative.
