We're located close to each other and have nursing assistants in the same facilities. Our nursing team consists of approximately 20 registered nurses/district nurses who are responsible for home healthcare in both special and regular housing, as well as within functional support services. We also manage the dementia team, which cares for our patients with cognitive impairment in regular housing. Our team also includes assistant nurses with specific expanded delegation, who are readily available and provide support as needed. We excel at utilizing the knowledge and experience we have together. Our ambition is to recognize the strengths in our patients while supporting and caring for their health challenges. We do this with high quality and great compassion, and we're convinced you can contribute! A good introduction is very important so you feel safe and confident in your role as a registered nurse. We tailor it to your experience and needs. Responsibilities Standard registered nurse duties within home healthcare. Work is scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts (every fourth weekend). We're responsive to preferences and can provide individual solutions. Qualifications Licensed registered nurse; both experienced and newly graduated nurses are welcome to apply. A valid driver's license (category B) is required. As a person, you have genuine commitment, good communication skills, and an empathetic approach. You are thorough and can effectively prioritize your tasks. Conditions Employment requires a criminal record extract from the police.
