Employment for this position is under Din Hälsocentral AB. The Family Doctor On-Call Service receives patients seeking acute primary care during evenings and weekends. We work in teams consisting of physicians, nurses, and nursing assistants. Operations run every day of the year and we collaborate with a spot-check function for triage together with the emergency department. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse with us, your working hours will be distributed between the Family Doctor On-Call Service reception and the spot-check function where we together with staff from the emergency department triage our patients. You will often be Region Gävleborg's face to our patients as you make an initial assessment of their condition and wellbeing. In this position you work evenings and weekends, but there may be an opportunity to potentially combine with work at a health center to create a sustainable schedule. Since you are usually the first person the patient meets in their care journey, we see that you have the ability to meet our patients in a professional and empathetic manner. You also consider the operations as a whole and have the ability to adapt to different types of changing situations. In the role of nurse you should • be a licensed nurse. For this position it is an advantage if you have previous experience working in acute and/or primary care.
