About the operation Harvestad care home is a specialized residential facility in Linköping with a focus on dementia care. The operation includes 80 places. Who are you? You are responsible, independent, and confident in your professional role. You have the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and lead others in daily work. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and care matters and have a humble approach. You are motivated by organizing care together with colleagues in the best possible way and have an easy time creating good relationships – both with residents, relatives, and colleagues. About the role As a nurse with us, you have a central and supervisory function in the team. You are responsible for the health and medical care provided and ensure that the interventions maintain high quality and are based on each individual's needs, wishes, and conditions. You become part of an engaged team with a total of four nurses and work in close collaboration with an occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and care personnel. Together you create safe, person-centered and cohesive care for our residents. You also collaborate closely with physicians and other internal and external actors to ensure high quality, good patient safety, and the best possible quality of life. As a nurse, you also have an important role in mentoring, supporting, and developing the competence of care personnel in daily work. To be eligible for the position, you need: Registered nurse license At least two years of experience as a nurse Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is meritorious if you have experience working in elderly care and dementia care.
