About the role As a nurse with us, you have overall responsibility for care and medical quality. In addition to your role as a nurse, this position includes special responsibility under the Health and Medical Services Act and contributes to developing and ensuring the quality of the facility's health and medical care. You work in the Epsilon Welfare journal system and collaborate closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals, working together with a function-preserving approach – focusing on strengthening each person's abilities, participation, and quality of life. Your work includes, among other things: planning, implementing, and following up care interventions based on individual needs responsibility for medical quality and ensuring good and safe care guiding and managing care personnel in daily work being the care manager responsible for two departments coordinating with doctors and other professionals regarding residents' care contacting and supporting families contributing to the development of work methods and quality in the operation. You work both independently and in close collaboration with other professionals. You are part of the local management group, the facility's improvement board, and participate in department team meetings. You work daytime Monday-Friday and every third weekend. 1 day/week is dedicated to your Health and Medical Services Act responsibility. Who are you? Your experience We are looking for someone who: is a licensed nurse has good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing has good computer skills. We would like you to have experience working in elderly care and with people with cognitive impairment.
