The Endoscopy Clinic in Malmö is one of Sweden's leading endoscopy operations. Here, over 6,000 examinations are performed each year, including gastroscopies, colonoscopies, capsule endroscopies, ERCP, and advanced procedures such as ESD and enteroscopy. We conduct extensive research at both national and international levels and have a strong commitment to development, teaching, and education.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nurse with us, you will have varied, stimulating, and developmental work where no two days are the same. You are responsible for preparations before examinations, assist during endoscopic procedures, and oversee monitoring and patient care after completed examinations.
The work involves rotation between different functions such as examination room, recovery unit, and instrument handling. You will also assist with acute endoscopies and pediatric endroscopies performed under anesthesia.
Our operation is characterized by high technical expertise and a constant focus on development. After introduction and experience building, you will be offered the opportunity for training in propofol sedation for selected patient groups.
We have close collaboration with the Gastroenterology Department, which contributes to a broad understanding of the patient's care process and creates good opportunities for cooperation between our operations.

In this position, weekend duty may be required approximately every fifth weekend.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the right to work within Swedish healthcare. Experience as a nurse is a requirement. You have good knowledge of Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale.
