About the Position As a nurse, you hold medical responsibility for our residents. You assess, plan, organize, and perform health and medical interventions, and maintain close contact with both doctors and family members. The work is varied and includes everything from medical assessments and medication management to work supervision, mentoring, and delegation to care staff. You are a key person in the operation and actively contribute to developing care and working methods. About You To succeed in this job, we see that you have: Nursing degree and professional license Experience working with elderly people and/or further education in geriatrics Good Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing Good computer skills as all documentation is done digitally in Safe Doc and preventive work is done in Senios Alert and BPDSD As a person, you have a strong focus on the individual and adapt your working style to each person's needs. You plan and structure your work well but are also flexible when circumstances change. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and build good relationships. You're aware of your strengths and development areas and see the value in collaborating and learning together with others. About the Recruitment Process Before a potential employment, you must provide an excerpt from the criminal record and suspicion register as well as valid photo identification. You're responsible for ordering the excerpt via the Police's website. The excerpt that should be provided is called "Work in homes with elderly people and people with disabilities". If you're called for an interview, you'll need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by presenting EU/EES citizenship or a valid work permit.
