Nurse at DocCura Health Center – be part of building the healthcare center of the future! DocCura Health Center in Järfälla opened in October 2025. In a short time, we've grown and become a valued choice for patients from both Järfälla and neighboring municipalities. Our idea is actually simple: healthcare should be easy to access – and you should feel well cared for when you receive it. That's why we're building a health center with high accessibility, personalized care, and high medical quality. We're now looking for a licensed nurse who wants to become an important part of our team and our continued development. Your Role with Us As a nurse at DocCura, you'll have a broad and independent role with significant patient contact. You work closely with our doctors and other colleagues, while also having the opportunity to take personal responsibility and influence how we work. Your tasks may include: - Independent nurse consultations - Telephone advice, triage, and medical assessments - Injections and vaccinations - Wound care - Blood draws and follow-ups - Patient counseling and follow-ups - Documentation and patient-related administration - Collaboration with doctors and other professionals - Development of routines, patient flows, and work processes We're a growing health center, which means the role doesn't need to be static. Experience from a health center or primary care is a plus, but for us, the right person and attitude are just as important. We believe you: - Are a licensed nurse - Have a warm and professional approach to patient care - Are confident in making independent assessments - Are responsible and organized - Enjoy working at a high but well-organized pace - Are solution-oriented and see opportunities for improvement - Appreciate short decision-making paths and personal responsibility - Are a team player who likes to help a colleague when needed - Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Experience from primary care, telephone advice, and independent consultation work is a plus. Additional language skills are also an advantage.
