Now you have the opportunity to take a position as a care-responsible nurse for 14 residents at our elderly care home in the scenic surroundings of Blidö. Here you will have a central and meaningful role where, as a nurse, you are the hub of the operation and you get to make a real difference in people's daily lives. About the Position The position includes standard nursing tasks with a focus on care. With us, it also includes supervising care staff in various care matters and delegating tasks. As a nurse, you are an important part of our work in person-centered care, BPSD, and palliative care through NVP. The position can vary between 65-100% depending on your preference. Depending on the employment level you choose, the schedule will vary somewhat. Work shifts are primarily during daytime, Monday to Friday. If you choose to work full-time, some evening work may occur—one evening every other week and approximately one weekend shift every sixth weekend. Taking care of our elderly is self-evident to you, and you greatly value working within elderly care. You are comfortable working independently, making professional assessments, and making your own decisions, while also appreciating collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
