The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (Bup) Malmö/Trelleborg department operates outpatient care through three geographic outpatient clinics, as well as specialized units for infant psychiatry, child neuropsychiatry, substance abuse, eating disorders, and intermediate care. The department has approximately 120 employees. The clinics serve Malmö's five city districts as well as the municipalities of Trelleborg, Svedala, and Vellinge. The clinics' mandate covers children and adolescents, ages 0-18. Our clinic is led by a unit manager and consists of approximately 30 employees from various professions. In addition to nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, physicians, and medical secretaries work here. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a nurse with us, you will work together with four nursing colleagues, and your primary responsibility is to oversee medication monitoring and dosage adjustment for children and adolescents with neuropsychiatric disabilities. You will also work with telephone counseling, group parent education, and serve as a mentor for nursing students. Your responsibilities also include collaboration with other healthcare providers, schools, and social services. In addition to these tasks, you will play an important role in the continued digital development of work with children and young people within the scope of the assignment. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you are a licensed nurse with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at a minimum of level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale are also required. We would like you to have experience working with children and adolescents and/or specialized education in psychiatry or child and adolescent care. Experience working with Pasis and Melior is also desirable. It is meritorious if you have previous knowledge and experience working with digital healthcare services. To thrive in this role, it is important that you are flexible in adapting to changing circumstances and that you have the ability to handle situations when the pace is sometimes high. Since the work requires you to be able to make independent decisions and structure much of your work yourself within set parameters, we also see that you have a good ability to prioritize among your tasks. In addition, it is important that you enjoy working and function well in a team with colleagues from both your own and other professions. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
