Ward G9 is a medical/rehabilitation unit that includes medical/rehabilitation/stroke/PAVA services. The ward currently has 16 patient beds organized into two teams. About You We are looking for a licensed registered nurse with strong abilities to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Experience working on a care ward is a merit. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are seeking someone who works independently, has a structured approach to work, and excellent communication skills. You collaborate easily, take responsibility for your work, and have a holistic perspective that contributes to creating safe and quality care for patients. Your Role As a registered nurse on Ward G9, you work in an interprofessional team together with physicians, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, with the patient always at the center. You have a leadership role with nursing assistants and collaborate closely with other professional groups to ensure good and safe care. In this role, you are responsible for the care of approximately eight patients, and your tasks include medication management, documentation, patient and family contacts, and participation in medical rounds.
