What you will work with On the department, we care for internal medicine patients with, among other things, renal, gastroenterological, and endocrinological diseases. The work with us is varied and developmental. You will meet people in many different situations, both acutely ill and planned patients. As a nurse, you lead the nursing care work and work closely with the nursing assistants in your team. There are doctors, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists connected to the team. We have a coordinator during daytime hours who assists with admissions and discharges and with the social planning of patients who are connected to municipal care. With us, you can grow and develop. Our work environment is characterized by helping each other across the boundaries between care teams and placing great emphasis on good planning and clear routines. We welcome questions and gladly share both knowledge and experience. On the department, there are team leaders and development leaders who, among other things, function as mentors and support in daily work. If you are a newly graduated nurse, you have the opportunity to participate in a "clinical foundation year" as part of your introduction. This provides in-depth knowledge and creates favorable conditions for a good start in your new professional role as a nurse. Working hours are arranged for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Night shifts are available. Start date by agreement.
