The ward is located at Vrinnevisjukhuset hospital in Norrköping. Our patients are primarily residents of Norrköping, Söderköping, Finspång, and Valdemarsvik municipalities. We collaborate closely with the clinic's other psychiatric outpatient clinics and wards.

Job Description
As a nurse with us, you have independent and responsible work with trusted colleagues around you, and you hold the leadership function during your shift. Together with doctors, nursing assistants, and social workers on the ward, each person, all equally important, contributes their perspective to provide our patients with high-quality care. Our shared competencies and experiences provide a good overall picture of each patient while we also learn from one another. We help patients both somatically, psychiatrically, and psychosocially, and our collaborative treatment work delivers the best outcomes for patients.
Daily work includes patient meetings involving assessments, blood tests, medication management, and supportive/counseling conversations, where you as a nurse, together with the team, plan and follow up on the patient's treatment. Contact with family members and the patient's broader network is a regular part of the work for all staff on the unit.
About You
We are seeking a licensed nurse, with or without experience. If you are a specialist in psychiatry, this is an advantage but not a requirement.
To be considered for this position, you need good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as you will have extensive contact with patients, family members, and partner healthcare facilities, and will document in our digital patient record system.
