About the Operation
Would you like varied work where you can develop your skills in geriatrics, stroke, orthopedics, and rehabilitation? Then Department 1 in Avesta could be the right place for you.
We care for patients with significant rehabilitation needs as well as medically ill patients. With direct admissions from acute care, you'll have a dynamic workday where no two days are the same. The department has 14 care beds divided into two care teams with approximately 7-8 patients per team.
Job Responsibilities
As a nurse with us, you are responsible, together with your team, for providing good and safe care where the patient and their family are always at the center. You work closely with nursing assistants, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and social workers. We value collaboration and support each other to create the best possible care and rehabilitation for our patients. With us you will have stimulating and varied work as well as individualized onboarding based on your experience. Each shift is staffed with experienced personnel, and we offer S-HLR training.
This is a rotation position with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Experience working in geriatrics, stroke, orthopedics, or rehabilitation
