About the operation
Do you have a heart that beats a little extra for geriatrics, stroke, orthopedics and rehabilitation? Then Department 1 could be your next workplace.
The department is a combined geriatrics, orthopedics, stroke and rehabilitation unit where we care for:
patients with significant rehabilitation needs
medically ill patients
We have direct admissions from the emergency ward, which makes the work varied, challenging and educational.
The department has 14 care beds and is divided into two care teams, where each team is responsible for approximately 7-8 patients.
Work tasks
As a nurse with us, you are responsible, together with the team, for providing good and safe care where the patient and relatives are always the focus.
You work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of care assistants, nurses, doctors, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist and coordinator. We have close collaboration where we support each other throughout the work shift and value a work culture characterized by cooperation, care, joy and respect.
With us you are offered stimulating and varied work tasks - no two days are the same.

You receive an individually adapted introduction, whether you are new to the profession or have extensive experience. Each work shift is staffed with experienced personnel and we offer S-CPR training.

Authorized nurse
Meritorious
Experience working in geriatrics, stroke, orthopedics or rehabilitation
Personal qualities. We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys varied work tasks and pace changes
Has good teamwork ability and a positive attitude towards team work
Takes responsibility and works structurally
Is empathetic, humble and service-oriented in your approach
