Within ASIH, we work in multiprofessional teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, care assistants, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. We operate from several locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes Basic Home Care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Quick Care. The Role As a registered nurse within ASIH, you will have an independent, varied, and meaningful role where you are responsible for advanced care in patients' home environments. You will meet patients with complex care needs and work with both medical interventions and nursing care, always with the patient's safety and quality of life in focus. In this role, you will conduct clinical assessments, administer medications and treatments, and plan and follow up on care interventions with the support of modern digital tools. You will work closely with doctors, care assistants, and other professionals in the multiprofessional team to ensure person-centered and high-quality care. The work is characterized by considerable autonomy and requires that you are comfortable making independent decisions, prioritizing in a dynamic day-to-day environment, and building good relationships with patients and their families. You are confident in your professional role, have a strong ability to work independently, and are comfortable making your own decisions while also valuing close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals. We would appreciate if you have further education in a relevant area, such as district nursing, oncology, palliative care, or other specialist training that is valuable within ASIH. Experience from ASIH, home care, acute care, or other settings with complex patient flows is advantageous. To succeed in this role, you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and have strong communication skills. You are comfortable with digital working methods. A driver's license (Category B) is required.
