Registered Nurse for Alby Health Center Home Care Services

Welcome to Alby Health Center, a well-functioning medium-sized health center in a multicultural area. We are a great team of about 30 employees where closeness to each other facilitates our collaboration. We consist of physicians, registered nurses/district nurses, nursing assistants, medical foot care, home care services, and our own laboratory. We work with a health-promoting population-focused mission to improve the health of our population. We have approximately 70 patients enrolled in home care services, and the team consists of nursing assistants, registered nurses, and a district nurse. We actively work on developing our fine health center and are seeking someone interested in driving development. The health center is located in Alby Center, right next to the T-banan. We are seeking a licensed registered nurse with experience in home care services. Job Responsibilities Typical tasks including assessments, enrollments, collaboration with other actors, SIP, etc. Qualifications Licensed registered nurse. Experience with home care services and the Take Care patient record system is desirable. Personal Qualities You thrive working independently, flexibly, and as part of a team.
