It is advantageous if you have specialist training in emergency care, district nursing, anesthesia, intensive care (ICU), or ambulance services. We also view positively if you have knowledge of the journal system Cosmic and previous experience from similar operations, care units, or home care. Great weight is placed on personal qualities. As a person, you have good problem-solving abilities and can plan, organize, and prioritize work in an efficient manner. You collaborate easily, as you value and see the benefits of working with others. Furthermore, you have good empathetic abilities and can put yourself in others' perspectives and situations without taking over their feelings. What You Will Work With As a nurse in the emergency department, you will be introduced gradually to the various functions within the operations. Through this, you will have the opportunity to broaden your competence and experience great variation in your work. You will meet patients with everything from minor complaints to acute conditions – from newborns to elderly individuals. The work takes place in a team together with experienced and engaged colleagues who enjoy sharing their knowledge and experience.
