What we are looking for We are looking for you as a licensed nurse with good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as well as basic computer skills. Previous education in acute care and experience in acute care are merits. Great importance is placed on personal qualities. As a person, you easily adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm, stable, and composed in stressful or pressured situations. You have good collaborative skills and value the benefits of cooperation with others. You are service-oriented, communicate clearly, and see the bigger picture while considering the broader perspective. What you will be working with You will be part of the work at the heart of the hospital. Your daily work consists of assessing and prioritizing patients' acute care needs. You will meet patients ranging from minor complaints to acute conditions. The work takes place in a team with experienced and engaged colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge and experience.
