What does the job as a nurse at Norlandia Senior Care involve?
As a nurse within Norlandia Senior Care, you are a valuable key person and are responsible for ensuring that the health and medical care needs of our residents are met. An important part of the work is also to support, guide and educate other care staff and be a good role model for your colleagues.
You work with care in everything you do with great personal responsibility and have the ability to prioritize and lead others even in changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial cooperation are of great importance in the assignment.
About Stora Rospiggen Senior Living
Stora Rospiggen is a pleasant intergenerational living community that shares premises with the preschool Lilla Rospiggen. We have a central location with proximity to the city center and good communications. The residence comprises a total of 80 places, divided into 50 somatic places and 30 dementia places.
The building has its own kitchen where our chefs prepare home-cooked food from scratch every day. Employees have the option to buy lunch boxes. At the top of the building there is a lovely roof terrace with adjoining orangery, an appreciated place for both relaxation and community.
The operation is Star Marked according to Swedish Dementia Center, which means we work person-centered with high quality in focus.

As a summer temp with us, you get access to Cappy – a smart app that gives you an overview of your working hours and salary. In the app you can, for example, see worked hours, earned salary, preliminary salary payment, information about available work shifts and how much you can earn on an extra shift. With Cappy there is also the option to withdraw part of earned salary for extra shifts/hourly shifts directly after the completed shift.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We would like to see that you enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. And that you are easy to cooperate with others and have a good ability to adapt your communication based on the recipient. As a nurse in elderly care, you have the opportunity to take great personal responsibility which requires both professional skills, prioritization ability and flexibility.
We are looking for you who are an authorized/registered nurse.
It is a merit if you have previous experience as a nurse in elderly care.
It is a requirement to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
We would like to see that you have good computer skills and system knowledge.

Employment form: Summer temporary position
Scope: Full-time, part-time or hourly employment
Start date: June, July and August 2026
We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews take place on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
Before a possible employment, you must be able to present an extract from the criminal record register. You also need to be able to demonstrate that you have the right to work in Sweden by presenting that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or alternatively a valid work permit.
