Here are Kortis and Växel, which comprise two departments. We also have SABO with both somatic housing and dementia housing. The operations are distributed over three floors, and we work in teams to create a safe and good care for our residents. At Enebacken there is also a day activity center where we offer activities and support for our participants. Who are you? You are responsible, independent, and comfortable with making priorities and leading others. You enjoy training staff in health and nursing matters, are unpretentious, and are motivated by organizing care in the best way possible together with your colleagues. Your role includes maintaining continuous dialogue with relatives and providing information when there are changes in health status. You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and potentially other contacts, both internal and external, to ensure good care. Job Description We are currently looking for two full-time/part-time employees for permanent employment with a trial period. The position involves daytime work, and some weekend shifts may be included. The employment levels are 100% and 75%, with a start date by agreement. Licensed nurse Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious We would like you to have previous experience in elderly care. To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating positive relationships and being service-oriented. At our workplace, we work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police's criminal record register.
