JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To meet the needs of the operations and to maintain high-quality care with good expertise, we now need to strengthen our team with an additional nurse. The main assignment is focused on LSS and social psychiatry. You have your own office and always start from the nurses' shared premises before heading out on daily home visits. Working hours are scheduled and performed during day, evening, and weekends. Most shifts are scheduled during daytime and you work one weekend out of six. In the evening and on weekends, you work across multiple areas: regular housing, special housing, short-term units, or LSS/psychiatry, which provides a flexible and varied workplace. Work is carried out from a holistic perspective where you consider each patient's individual needs and with a person-centered approach based on the individual's circumstances. Close collaboration with other professions such as unit manager, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and nursing assistants is a major part of the work. It is flexible and varied work where you meet patients with different care needs and support services. You are challenged with tasks where you put the individual at the center and consider each person's needs and circumstances. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who is a licensed nurse, preferably with experience working in LSS or psychiatry. However, if you have not worked with this target group before, we offer training to help you feel ready for the task. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We see that you have a positive outlook regarding development work and skills development. You have the ability to be flexible and independent in planning and carrying out your work. As a person, you are service-oriented and attentive, and you share your expertise. You find it easy to collaborate and find solutions to the challenges that arise.
