Job Description The children's emergency department is part of the acute care section within Sachska Children's and Youth Hospital. Here you get the chance to meet children and adolescents with various conditions within medicine, surgery and orthopedics. No two days are the same. As a nurse with us, you work in a team with doctors and nursing assistants. There are always experienced nurses on site who have a leading function. The work is very varied and you work in teams. There is an opportunity to rotate with our acute care units for children and young people. We actively work to develop the competence of our employees through internal/external training such as lectures, training to become a children's rights ombudsman, CPR training and emergency room exercises. We encourage training as a specialist nurse in child and youth care and can offer salary during your studies. As a specialist nurse, there are opportunities for university studies based on your interests. Our goal is to continuously develop the work through open and reciprocal dialogue. Qualifications You are committed, curious, creative and have good organizational and collaboration skills. You enjoy working in a team but also like working independently and enjoy driving development work. You preferably have previous experience working in acute care for children. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Competency Requirements Licensed nurse Swedish language skills equivalent to at least C1 level Merits Specialist training in child and youth care.
