The licensed nurse's specific competence is care of the elderly. This encompasses both the scientific knowledge area and patient-centered work based on a humanistic view of people. Together with regular nurses, you are responsible for ensuring that our residents' healthcare needs are met. As a nurse, you are responsible for and lead the nursing work. This means that independently, in team collaboration, and in partnership with the resident and their loved ones, you are responsible for assessment, diagnostics, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. An important task is also to supervise, support, and educate other nursing staff and be a good role model for your colleagues. You work with care in everything you do with great personal responsibility and have the ability to prioritize and lead others even in changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial collaboration are of great importance for the role. About Fyllinge Elderly Residence Fyllinge has 54 modern apartments distributed across six units, two units specializing in dementia care and four units with somatic care focus. Each unit has a kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony or outdoor patio for socializing, meals, and activities. The facility's own garden offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. Norlandia operates Fyllinge independently.
