1 position(s). About the Workplace The Health and Care Unit in Hjo consists of approximately 30 employees responsible for all healthcare and rehabilitation for the municipality's patients. Work takes place in both home care and special housing & short-term units. We are a socially-oriented work group where the goal is to develop and enjoy working together. We actively work on development within our unit and want to be at the forefront when it comes to digital working methods, including mobile documentation systems, digital signatures, digital locks at all patient locations, medication robots, and more. About the Role As a nurse with us, you will have the opportunity to make a difference – both for your patients and for our operations. We are seeking a nurse for a temporary assignment as a resource because one of our colleagues is expecting an addition to their family. As a resource, you will be placed where the need is greatest, when your colleagues have scheduled leave or are absent due to illness. You will work in both district/home care and special housing including short-term units. You will have access to a team with an occupational therapist, physical therapist, and nursing staff. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse and has a valid Class B driver's license. You need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are self-directed and independent while being attentive to patients' needs and having the ability to collaborate with colleagues, family members, and other partners. You have the ability to educate and delegate tasks to relevant nursing staff and follow up on interventions. You are a warm colleague who wants to work with us to provide personalized, high-quality care. With us, you will have significant responsibility for planning your work days. Work takes place primarily on weekdays during daytime hours. Approximately every sixth week includes weekend work where some evening shifts may occur.
