Lycksele Hospital is a small and well-equipped acute care hospital, and we are now seeking a committed nurse for the Medical Center Southern Lapland and the Rehabilitation/Stroke Unit. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nurse with us, you will contribute knowledge and commitment that make patients feel secure and involved.
Our Rehabilitation/Stroke Unit has 16 care beds for patients who:
- have suffered a stroke
- need orthopedic or general rehabilitation
- are undergoing hip and knee replacement surgery (in collaboration with the Surgical Center).
You will work in a well-functioning team consisting of physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social workers, speech-language pathologists, and nutritionists.
You will participate in patient care and medical treatment in close collaboration with other professionals in our multidisciplinary team. Your work is highly varied, and you will work in stroke care, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and palliative care. We continuously develop patient care guided by our clinic vision—Gentle hands, sharp minds, warm hearts.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed nurse.
We want someone who is committed, responsible, and has strong teamwork skills, who sees opportunities and solutions because you play an important role in our team. You have the ability to prioritize between different tasks. The position requires good collaboration skills and high flexibility. We place great importance on personal suitability.
