Description As a patient-responsible nurse, you have overall responsibility for planning the service user's medical health and care services. You work closely with service users and their relatives and collaborate with various professional categories and care institutions to ensure the best possible care. With us, you will have the opportunity to work independently and use your expertise, while also being part of a team where cooperation and good conduct are important. Duties In your role as a patient-responsible nurse, your tasks include home visits and contact with service users, where you perform medical assessments and decide on appropriate interventions. Documentation is an important part of the work. You are also responsible for supervising, delegating, and training care personnel in health and care tasks. The work also involves collaboration with various professional categories and care institutions to ensure the best possible care for service users. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse and has previous experience in the profession. Experience working within LSS and social psychiatry is meritorious. You have a professional approach and good conduct toward service users, relatives, and partners. You have the ability to work independently, but also to cooperate in a team. We would like you to be flexible, development-oriented, and have a willingness to drive change. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Class B driver's license is a requirement. An extract from the criminal record register will be requested before employment as the work involves contact with elderly individuals. Terms The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement.
