JOB DUTIES
Within the disability services area, you are the care-responsible nurse and lead the daily health and medical care work around your patients. You coordinate and are responsible for ensuring that care measures are planned, implemented, and evaluated. Identifying and actively preventing health risks and coordinating contacts with primary care, hospital care, and family are part of your responsibilities.
Here you have varied and interesting tasks that include health and medical care services, both planned and acute. An important part of the work is to mentor, support, educate, and delegate health and medical care tasks to care staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have Swedish nursing credentials, preferably with a few years of experience working as a nurse. A driver's license and driving experience are required as we use a car for work.
You who apply are confident in your profession and have very good ability to make independent assessments. If you also have good teamwork skills, can motivate and engage colleagues and care staff, and are skilled at solving problems, you will thrive as a nurse with us.
Within LSS there is a children's activity, which means that before employment we will request an extract from the criminal record registry.
