The planned move-in is in May 2027, and we look forward to using a modern, high-tech building, especially designed to provide safe, efficient, and good care services. The position is a permanent employment at 65% with scheduled shifts and work every third weekend. Our care operations consist of both residential care for the elderly and home care services, and we work closely together to ensure cohesive and good care processes. The residential facility has two units with a total of 18 places, where one unit is specialized for patients with cognitive impairment. Our largest unit offers short-term placements, rehabilitation, respite care, and permanent housing. With us, you become part of a multidisciplinary and inclusive work environment, with close collaboration between home care, physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychiatric support functions. Together, we work to provide our patients with the best possible support - every day, around the clock. Responsibilities: - Work at the residential care facility - On-call telephone support for home health care and safety alarms during night shifts - Contribute to ensuring good and safe care and support services for our patients, and ensure that work tasks are performed in accordance with quality requirements and legislation - Be responsible for nursing observations, measures, and follow-up of patients - Document in the current professional system - Contribute to good cooperation with patients and their families - Be an active driver for creating a good work environment and contribute to cooperation across professional boundaries - Participate in development processes - Be responsible for introducing and professionally mentoring colleagues Qualifications: - Swedish or Norwegian nursing license - Fluency in Scandinavian language, both spoken and written - Good digital competence - Class B driver's license - Satisfactory criminal record clearance must be provided - Personal suitability will be given great importance Personal Qualities: - Puts the patient at the center of focus - Is motivated and enthusiastic and contributes to a good work environment - Wants to contribute to professional development - Works independently but also enjoys collaborating - Takes responsibility, is solution-oriented, and embraces change We Offer: - Work in a multidisciplinary environment - Paid membership at the fitness center "Trimbua" - A good and humorous work environment - A supportive team that works to help everyone succeed - Opportunities for professional development - We can assist with help arranging housing - Salary and employment terms according to current agreements - Good pension and insurance terms through KLP - Employment is conducted according to applicable laws, regulations, and rules We request that applicants provide at least two references that are no older than two years, preferably one of which should be from a manager.
