The Role of Night Shift Registered Nurse As a night shift registered nurse, your work involves planning, leading, and organizing patient care in collaboration with patients and other professionals. The work is varied and stimulating - no two nights are alike. You'll develop through the multifaceted tasks that our broad acute medical care provides. Your Future Workplace The Department of Medicine and Geriatrics is the largest department at Värnamo Hospital, housing many services under one roof. We have three inpatient care units with different specializations in medical fields. The department also includes outpatient services with medical day care and a dialysis unit. Our outpatient operations cover all medical specialties. Our facilities are well-planned and modern, and we work with the patient at the center. You'll work alongside both experienced colleagues and new employees, all highly committed. Your Profile We are seeking a licensed registered nurse with a genuine interest in people and a constant focus on patients. We'd appreciate if you have previous hospital experience, but it's not required. You thrive in a workplace where you can work with varied tasks at a varying pace. Therefore, it's important to us that you are a flexible person with a friendly demeanor and good ability to organize your work. We place great emphasis on qualities such as teamwork and personal suitability. Our Offer to You We offer you a permanent position at 68.63% (34 hours per week) starting by agreement. Other employment levels can be discussed. To ensure your recovery, we have fixed schedules. As a night shift worker, you fulfill an important function, and we offer you a salary supplement of 6,000 kr based on full-time hours!
