Therefore, it is positive if you have previous experience in elderly care and services for people with disabilities. Since you will work as the sole nurse on the night shift, it is important that you take your own initiative and have the courage to make decisions and stand by your convictions. You also need to be able to work well with others and delegate work tasks when needed. Therefore, it is important that you are clear in your communication and ensure that your message gets across. It is also important that you can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Sometimes you have several processes running simultaneously, and then you need to be able to balance them well. You therefore need the ability to prioritize and adapt your work based on the circumstances at hand.
