We are now seeking a registered nurse with knowledge and interest in psychiatry for the functional support team in southwestern Gothenburg. As a nurse with us, you work primarily with people up to 65 years of age with functional variations and psychiatric conditions who live in supported housing. Many of them also participate in daily activities. Your work is varied, independent, and meaningful where you meet patients with different needs, from preventive care to more complex medical interventions. Here's what you'll do: · Work person-centered: you become an important person in patients' daily lives and contribute to their independence and quality of life. · Work in a multidisciplinary team: together with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and care personnel, you create creative and sustainable solutions for patients. · Plan your own workday: you have great freedom to organize your work, with support from colleagues when you need it. · Develop your expertise: we offer ongoing training in functional support, psychiatry, and habilitation. · Work mainly daytime: you follow a base schedule with primarily daytime work Monday–Friday, combined with some weekday evenings and every fourth weekend. About You We are looking for a registered nurse with a driver's license (Category B), since we work in a large geographic area. If you also have a specialist nursing degree in psychiatry, this is an advantage for this position. It is desirable that you have experience in municipal health and care services or experience working with people with disabilities and/or patients.
