What are we looking for?
This is a newly established position and the coordination function within the health and medical care operations aims to strengthen management and development within healthcare operations based on the operations' operational and strategic mandates and requirements for both internal and external cooperation. The assignment is divided between duties as a nurse and strategic and operational support with a focus on coordination and operational development.
The role is newly established and suits you if you are curious, driven by challenges, solution-focused, and interested in organizational issues.
Your work tasks will include:
- contributing to creating and maintaining structure for handling various processes within the scope of the operations' mandate and
Purpose
- contributing to ensuring quality through monitoring implementation and compliance with various decisions, routines, and processes and activities within the local action plan for increased patient safety and the regional time and activity plan.
- contributing to increased quality through identification of development areas
- contributing to the development of internal and external cooperation.
Work is carried out in close collaboration with the manager and employees in a structured manner in designated forums. The advertised position is a 10-month temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are an authorized district nurse or nurse with experience working independently within municipal primary care. As a nurse you are confident in your professional role and can independently oversee, prioritize, and perform your work tasks. You have the ability to both independently and together with care personnel and other relevant parties make quick and clear decisions within the scope of your assignment. You enjoy working with other people, show empathy and respect, and are a good listener. You have the ability to plan care for your patients both short- and long-term. You are a good and loyal colleague who through your attitude contributes to a good work environment.
Cooperation is a large part of your work and a success factor in the assignment. Great importance is placed on personal suitability. Experience from municipal primary care is meritorious. A driver's license is a requirement as driving occurs in the position.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Permanent, start date: 2026-09-01.
Working hours: Daytime.
