As a nurse, you are responsible for and lead the care work. This means independently, in team collaboration, and in partnership with the resident and their loved ones, being responsible for assessment, diagnostics, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. An important task is also to mentor, support, and educate other care personnel and be a good role model for your colleagues. You work with care in everything you do with great personal responsibility and have the ability to prioritize and lead others even in changing circumstances. Flexibility and collegial cooperation are of great importance in the assignment. About Björknäsgården Elderly Care Facility Björkn äsgården has 126 modern apartments distributed across two building sections with 3 to 4 floors per property. Each unit has a reception kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony or patio where we socialize, eat meals, and conduct activities.
