The neonatal unit, together with the pediatric emergency unit, children's ward, and outpatient care, forms the Children's and Youth Clinic at Vrinnevisjukhuset Hospital. A major investment is being made in the renovation of all of Vrinnevisjukhuset, and we in the neonatal unit have occupied our new, purpose-built facilities since autumn 2020. Job Description We are looking for you – a nurse interested in working with premature babies and their parents. In our unit, we work according to NIDCAP, which means that care is tailored to each baby and we work with a family-centered approach. Since we at the unit constantly strive to be at the forefront of care for our young patients, you are expected to be involved in the unit's quality and improvement work. The position involves rotating shifts: day, evening, and night. About You You are a licensed nurse, with or without previous professional experience. We place great importance on personal suitability. Experience working with children or intensive care is highly valued, and specialist training in pediatric care is a merit. Good Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. As a person, you are confident, adapt easily to different situations, and have good collaboration skills. You thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team where all professions learn from each other. It goes without saying that you contribute with a positive and professional approach in your work.
