We work with a trust-based and salutogenic approach, creating conditions for both a good work environment and high participation for our employees and clients. Here you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare and care!
We are now recruiting a nurse for a permanent position. We have an unpretentious and supportive work climate where we help each other and develop together. With us, you'll have the opportunity to work with participation, work environment, and development, always with the client at the center.
Within our LSS operations, we believe we have one of the most rewarding jobs in Region Gotland – and we want you to experience it too!
Your responsibilities
As a nurse with us, you'll have a central and important role in the team. You are responsible for individual patient care and work closely with other professionals with the individual in focus. Your medical expertise makes a difference and contributes to security and added value for both clients and colleagues. You mentor and support employees in the operations, educate, and delegate various types of tasks to other staff.
The work is varied and independent – you handle both planned interventions and acute situations. You consult with doctors at health centers, delegate medical tasks to nursing staff, and serve as a support and advisor to the team.
Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday.
Who are you?
We're looking for someone who is a licensed nurse, preferably with further education as a district nurse or further education in psychiatry. A driver's license (category B) is a requirement.
It is also an advantage if you have experience in the field, mentor training, or other supplementary education, as well as experience with systems such as Treserva and Take Care.
We see that you are secure, stable, and professional. You are responsible, well-organized, and skilled at planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work. You are self-driven, can take initiative and make important decisions – but also value teamwork, which is an important part of our approach.
You express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing and have good computer skills.
Before employment, a satisfactory extract from the police criminal record is required.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Selection is ongoing – please submit your application as soon as possible and take the chance to become part of our fantastic team!
