JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Within municipal health and medical care in Lessebo Municipality, we work in teams around the patient together with other professionals. As a nurse, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on the healthcare interventions provided to patients in both special housing and regular housing based on a holistic view and patient responsibility. Our care is characterized by a rehabilitative approach based on the patient's needs. You have great opportunities to plan your own time. We use the business systems Cambio Cosmic, Cambio Viva, and Appva digital signature system.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in geriatrics or district nursing. We see that you are flexible, positive, and have good collaboration skills. If you are newly graduated, we have experienced colleagues who provide support and you will receive an extended introduction.
