Who We Are We are municipal primary care—an engaged and multidisciplinary team that provides safe and close care to patients who have difficulty accessing the health center. With us work nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and care aides together to provide qualified health and medical services at home or in special housing, 24/7. Our work encompasses everything from medication management, wound dressing, and specimen collection to advanced care services, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care. We work closely with primary care and collaborate to offer safe and high-quality care. With us, as a nurse, you get an important and independent role where your expertise makes a real difference in people's everyday lives. Your Job - Perform medical assessments and establish individualized care plans - Provide advice and support to patients regarding their health - Work closely with other healthcare staff and other actors in healthcare - Participate in health promotion and preventive initiatives in the local community - Collaborative healthcare in the form of assignments from IVPA, Ambulance, etc. Qualifications - Registered nurse, preferably with experience in municipal primary care - You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written - You must have good computer skills - B-class driver's license What We're Looking For in You - Good collaboration and communication skills - Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks - Experience working with patients of different ages and backgrounds What We Offer We offer a stimulating and varied work environment where you have the opportunity to develop in your profession.
