The on-call service is dynamic and stimulating, with work across several operational areas such as home healthcare, care and residential facilities, support services, and social psychiatry.
During evening shifts, you work together with two colleagues and are responsible for, among other things:
Telephone health advice
Assessment of changes in health status
Palliative care
Medical interventions such as injections and infusions
Working hours: Evening shift or combined day/evening shift.

Who are you?
You are confident in your professional role and have a good ability to work both independently and in a team. You communicate clearly, build good relationships, and actively contribute to a positive work environment. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and find it easy to prioritize when circumstances change.
Qualifications:
• Licensed nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills (we work in Procapita)
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
Meritorious:
• Further education in elderly care or district nursing
• Experience in municipal home healthcare
• Previous work in on-call services

Within the Care Administration, we provide care, support, and assistance to people who are elderly, have a disability, or need home healthcare. We also offer health-promoting services and support to people who care for and support a close relative. Our goal is for those who need care and assistance in their daily lives to be able to live as independently as possible.
The Health and Healthcare Department is responsible for services within home healthcare and rehabilitation. The services are provided by nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate to care staff within other operational areas according to their profession.
