On-Call Care is seeking an experienced nurse who enjoys working in a dynamic operation with both planned and acute interventions. With us, you'll work in a dedicated team that provides healthcare services when the regular nurse is not available. About the Role As a nurse in On-Call Care, you are responsible for performing planned and acute healthcare interventions during evenings, nights, and weekends 365 days a year. The work involves providing support to various operations and patient groups, creating great variety and an opportunity to use the full breadth of your competence. You work both independently and together with colleagues depending on the situation and task. The role requires a good ability to prioritize, make decisions, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously with the patient's needs in focus. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed nurse Has at least five years of professional experience as a nurse Has experience with documentation and good computer skills Has a category B driver's license Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It is advantageous if you have relevant specialist training. You are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances and operational needs. About the Workplace On-Call Care operates from Fyrislundsgatan 68 in Fyrislund and is responsible for healthcare services when the regular nurse is not available. The operation runs all days of the year and assists, among others, residential care facilities, short-term care services, respite care, personal assistance, LSS operations, social psychiatry, and home care services for people over and under 65 years old. We also provide services to alarm customers between 3:30 PM and 7:30 AM. The position involves work according to a rotating five-week schedule with duty two out of five weekends.
