The Healthcare and Social Services Department is seeking a dedicated nurse who wants to help provide safe and quality care for our patients in residential care facilities. This position is located at Brismarksgården in Hoting. Brismarksgården in Hoting is a residential care facility with 15 beds. In the Hoting/Kyrktåsjö area, there are currently three nurses/district nurses working. On-call duty is every sixth weekend, during which the nurse is responsible for the residential care facility Brismarksgården in Hoting, Tåsjögården in Kyrktåsjö, and Älvgården in Backe, as well as patients in regular housing within the area. 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES As a nurse, your work includes • Responsibility for health and medical care services according to HSL • Assess, plan, implement, and follow up on nursing interventions • Perform medical assessments, specimen collection, and treatment • Medication management, including preparation, administration, and follow-up • Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation staff, care staff, and other healthcare providers • Provide guidance and support to care staff • Document in patient records according to applicable legislation • Participate in quality and development work We offer • Working hours according to a 6-week schedule with on-call duty during daytime every sixth week, providing good balance between work and leisure • Competent and dedicated colleagues • Opportunity for professional development • Close collaboration in multidisciplinary teams • Secure employment terms according to applicable collective agreements QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who • Is a licensed nurse • Preferably has previous experience working in elderly care • Has good computer skills and experience with documentation in patient record systems • Valid driver's license category B is required for this position Personal qualities • You are interested in developing our operations and have a positive outlook • You are responsible and can work both independently and with others • You are flexible and able to work across different areas of the operations • You have good decision-making ability and can make correct judgments quickly • You enjoy sharing your professional experience and knowledge with others • You are responsive and service-oriented • You contribute to a positive work environment and understand the importance of collaboration Employment type: Permanent position.
